About the Founder 

Lucas (Luan) Le CPA, MBA, Master Of Finance

Lucas Le is the Founder and Lead Financial Advisor at FinancialCare, bringing together strong professional credentials and over a decade of experience in accounting, taxation, finance, and financial planning.

Lucas is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Finance (with distinction) from Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand, as well as an MBA. He is also a member in good standing of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.

Lucas brings more than 10 years of professional experience in corporate accounting, taxation, finance, private equity, and internal controls. He began his career at Ernst & Young as an external auditor and later held senior and management roles with multinational organizations including Exxon, Toll Group, Pernod Ricard, Abraaj Capital, and Garland Commercial Ranges Ltd., where he served as Accounting Manager.

With deep hands-on experience in tax and financial reporting, Lucas understands the real-world challenges faced by individuals and business owners. Through FinancialCare, he provides comprehensive financial planning solutions, including:
